Information the App Handles
The app processes and stores the following information locally on your device:
- Subscription details you enter (service name, amount, billing cycle, payment dates, category, icon/color).
- Payment history derived from your subscriptions.
- App settings and preferences such as currency, theme, sorting, chart display, and notification toggle.
We do not maintain user accounts and do not request your name, email, or personal identifiers within the app.
How Information Is Used
- Display and manage your subscriptions and payment history.
- Calculate totals and show calendar projections.
- Maintain your app preferences.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Data Storage and Retention
- Data is stored locally on your device inside the app sandbox.
- Data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- “Clear All Payment History” removes recorded payment history.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data except if required by law.
No data is transmitted to external servers and no iCloud or cloud sync is used.
Diagnostics and Crash Reports
The app does not include third-party analytics or crash reporting.
If you opt in to share diagnostics with Apple, anonymized crash logs may be provided by Apple.
Permissions and Device Features
- No access to contacts, photos, microphone, location, or files.
- The in-app calendar does not access your system calendars.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights and Choices
- You can delete payment history within the app.
- You can remove subscriptions individually.
- You can remove all data by uninstalling the app.
